korea n attended oppa's upcoming drama "hair Show" press conference on
2011, April 7th.
She did meet oppa, shoke his hand n took pictures together.

The first thing that I have to say is 'bianhe'... (a korean word, means "sorry").
Have I told you that oppa has been hurried at that time?, so this's the short story when I chased oppa..
I began to courage myself to walk closer to the stage when the situation inside the hall wasn't too crowded.
I saw oppa with other actors and actresses sat on the stage to be interviewed by tv media.. There were about 7 cameras which highlighted them, while the journalists of online media electronic like naver, newsen, etc were busy typing on their notebook. Some of them were editing pictures, the others were typing the news..
Only the tv cameramen who focused to the actors n actresses.. Maybe they were preparing taglines for the drama.
While they were preparing their stuffs, I took pictures of oppa..
At first, oppa looked straight to the camera or talking to the lead actress. Maybe because the camera weren't ready for shooting yet, oppa looked all over the room...
And there! When he looked to his right side..... For the first time oppa noticed me.. He was directly looking at me and smile when I was taking his picture..
And suddenly for me the time just stopped.. Huaaa looking that he was smiling at me, it was amazing thing...
All I could do was just smiling back at him and nod. Oppa also did the same to me. I swear I feel like I was enchanted.. What's the charm name in Harry Potter, stupeffy? *yeah something like that* my body seemed to be frozen...
Not long after that, the cameramen were ready to shoot and interviewed the 4 actors and actresses. I took oppa's pictures during the interview. But unfortunately, the picture was blur *but he was still gorgeous anyway*..
The interview session lasted about 15 minutes or more, and I didn't record the interview in my mobile phone *I only recorded it in the memory inside my head* how stupid I was..
Bianhe hyomates, I was enjoying oppa alone.

I was too busy staring at every oppa's expression, started from his laugh *I can hear him laughing live, so crunchy* XD... Smiling, talking.. Huaaa I was just really enchanted by that Harry Potter's charm... wkwkkk...
After the interview was finished, oppa walked off the stage *this was the glorious moment for me* my eyes looked straight to oppa...

He talked and shoke hands with the journalists for awhile and then his assistant directed him to walk out from the hall..
Luckily, I had my conscious back from the stuppefy charm, and then I heard a voice said *DO IT NOW OR NEVER/waylayed oppa and asked to take picture* my brain worked again, automatically gave order to my feet to run after oppa *at that time, oppa had already walked out the hall*
I ran and stood in front of oppa.. And then I said, "Excuse me, hi I'm Anggi, your fans from Indonesia" *I said this while shaking hand with oppa* I'm not sure, not really remember what I said, but that was roughly what I said to him *because I was panic and my heart was jumping*... A : I think the character of Alcheon is a strong warrior who likes wars.
I don't have a large build and I think when I acted as Alcheon, that unexpectedness might have attracted viewers.
Actually, Alcheon was a real person in history and performed feats like catching a tiger with his bare hands.
The fact that I played him surprised people around me.
Q : How did your experience when serving in JSA help you?
A : Alcheon was called a soldier of Shilla, so he had many fighting scences. My military experience helped.
In "Queen Seonduk" Alcheon fought with a sword, and I also had training in the military where I used a sword.
Close-order, drill-like movement practice was useful, too.
Q : In what ways Alcheon is b e t t e r than Yushin or Biddam?
A : His loyalty and consistency. I think that's why Alcheon was popular among women.

Q :What was the hardest part in shooting "Queen Seonduk"?
A :Traveling to the sets was hard. Shooting itself was hard,
but at that time I had to drive myself to different sets because I didn't have a manager.
Shooting was so hard and took a very long time because of NGs
and all the things the director had to take care of, like extras and settings as well as my acting.
Q : What changed after "Queen Seonduk"?
A : "Queen Seonduk" made me known to many people and it was a great drama for me.
Thanks to it, I could have a fan meeting in Japan and have a wonderful time here. I'm so thankful.

Q : Are there more opportunities for you to be in other dramas after "Queen Seonduk"?
A : Many actors, including me, are not in the position to choose a film or drama,
but rather we are chosen for them.
Q : You played masculine roles in "Queen Seonduk" and your latest drama, "Legend of the Patriots".
Do you want to try a romantic one? Do you have any actresses on your mind to work with?
A : At first, I thought romantic dramas were not my type, but I want to try one someday.
Only men were around me in my previous dramas, even though there are lots of actresses outside.
If I happen to have a chance to try a romantic one, I want to meet many different actresses through it.
Q : How was Lee Yowon, who's coming to your fan meeting as a guest?
A : She is cute and womanly on the outside, but inside she is more like a guy,
so I didn't consider her as a woman. I might get hit by her by saying this, (laugh)
but it was fun to work with her.
Q : What did Deokman mean to Alcheon? How about love?
A : Alcheon was her subordinate. I didn't think about any love between us,
but I rather think Alcheon might have loved Cheonmyung.
Q : You came down with H1N1 with Kim Namgil. Do you have anything to say about that?
A: I got along well with him at that time. One day, on the ourdoor set,
he told me he came from the hospital for checks because of his cold
and we didn't think it would be the flu. We tallked for a long time in his car,
and the next day, his tests turned out to be positive. Then the next day, I also got the flu. (laugh)
Q : This is your first official visit to Japan, but It seems like you visited Japan many times personally.
What do you like about Japan?

I've been to "Southern All Stars"' 30th Anniversary Concert and Spitz's concert.

Lee Seunghyo, who plays Alcheon from "Queen Seonduk",
had his first fan meeting which lasted 5 hours
with Princess Deokman as a guest.
It was held at C.C.Lemon Hall in Shibuya at 3 pm on October 24.
Lee Yowon, who played the drama's heroine Deokman
and singer Cho Seongmin, who sang a song from Queen Seonduk OST
were invited as guests.
"Queen Seonduk" became a popular topic as it was aired on BS Fuji,
which is still running today.
While the DVDs are selling well,
preview video clips and flash movies are being shown on its official site.
The fan meeting started on time.
Since it was Lee Seunghyo's first fan meeting,
it focused on personal meetings with each fan.
In the opening, Lee Seunghyo greeted his fans in Japanese.
He said that he had visited Japan ten times and that Kamakura was his favorite place.
After the opening, there were questions that he had to answer with a yes or a no.
Alchoen served a strong woman in the drama,
but Lee Seunghyo in real life said that strong women are out of his league.
He also said that he watched Japanese dramas
and hoped to play a role that Kimura Takuya once played someday.
When asked about the drama "Queen Seonduk",
he said that the six months of shooting was hard;
not only did he have to act, but he had to manage everything else without a manager.
After Lee Yowon came out on the stage as a guest,
they tallked about their impressions of each other and about episodes like
"Mishi"l Ko Hyunjung's misunderstanding about them in a playful manner.
After that, Lee Seunghyo, who's famous for his good voice,

During the fan meeting, in almost every part of it,
quizzes were prepared and presents were given to the fans who got right answers,
but the most delightful part for his fans were passionate hugs from Lee Seunghyo.
He hugged everybody during hands-shaking time.
For those who envied some fans for being hugged by him on stage,
being hugged by him was the biggest service he could give.
During photo-shooting time, Lee Seunghyo dressed as Alcheon
and walked around slowly in the hall, giving his fans enough time to take photos.
All through the event, which lasted five hours,
Lee Seunghyo kept smiling for his fans and the fan meeting ended smoothly.

Since the talks about the best new actor nominees started, my expectations dropped.I never expected to win and even hesitated attending the award,

I was pleased to get promoted to be the Shiwiburyung, which is today’s chief bodyguard at the presidential office. At last, here is the third story and my last photo diary. Thank you for your great support both online and offline. Um Taewoong, whose hobby is taking photos, sparked a trend among the actors. There are more sounds of camera shutters that the actors are clicking to capture the lively scenes on the set. I think it’s their deep affection toward the drama. Scene Photos 1 : How actors cope with cold weather
1. Don’t you feel the coldness just looking at the photo? The extras are warming themselves by the fire. I feel the actors’ joys and sorrows.
2. Taewung, do you already miss Jindori?
3. These are puppy mittens. I borrowed them from Lee Yowon. She got them as a present from a fan.
4. The camera director is working hard in the cold weather. His red jacket is one which Lee Yowon presented to the filming staff.
5. Water in a pot used as a prop is frozen. It proves that the temperature is below zero.
6. Protect the queen from the coldness. Aren’t there any warm drama costumes?
7. This is a portable heater I got as a present from my fan. It’s so useful. Thank you.
The Yongin set is in a deep mountain where the wind blows very hard. Actors are shooting scenes shivering in the freezing cold weather. It is usually zero degrees, but it feels colder than that. I usually don’t mind coldness; even in winter, I sleep with the window open. But now, I cannot stand the cold without covering my whole body with hot packs. To make it worse, the shoulder pad of my new armor is so big that I can’t wear a jacket or even put it over me.
The armor looks good, but it isn’t warm at all. You probably know that Kim Namgil is diagnosed with F1N1, don’t you? It seems like there are more victims. I’m going to have a check-up tomorrow and I’m nervous. (I talked with Namgil too much..

1, 2: Years passed and our hair changed. Hairpins are on to set the style.
3.They say removing makeup is more important than putting it on. Is that right?
4,5 This is makeup for torture scenes. Does it hurt? They are holding hands.
6. Blood makeup attracts lots of bugs because the blood is made from syrup.
7. Oops, my mustache fell off. Put this on quickly! Guys’ mustache makeup is as hard as ladies’ wigs.
8. Seorabol’s famous gentlemen are in the neighborhood. They look cool.
Time flew and everyone changed into their new outfits. How do you like my new clothes? Actually my armor is from yushin. It is recycled from the one Pungwolju Yushin wore. Luckily, it looks new, but if you come close and look, you will find the decorations are plain and different from the other costumes. They say Queen Seonduk’s garments are worth tens of millions of won. I envy her. I suffered a lot because of my mustache in the drama “Daejoyoung”. Then I came to know that I’m allergic to glue. My skin became so reddish and swollen that it was really hard to shoot, so I’m using my own luxurious glue. I bought it with my own money. My mouth is the only part of my body that receives luxurious treatment. Haha. But the glue has its shortcomings. It’s hard to attach and it falls off easily. Once you put on the mustache, it’s hard to eat (you all know I love eating, don’t you?), and it’s hard to laugh out loud.
At last, Alcheonrang Lee Seunghyo says good bye.

TV Drama “Queen Seonduk” is getting more interesting as Deokman and
Mishil confront each other. While the drama “Queen Seonduk” is reaching a
climax, Deokman’s guard “Alcheonrang” Lee Seunghyo held his camera. For
three months, he is going to show the hidden pictures of actors during
the drama shooting. This is the second story.
Hi, readers of “Lady Kyunghyang”. I’m Lee Seunghyo. Now the second diary begins. I heard the first diary was favorably received through readers’ postcards and internet opinions. I thank you for enjoying it in spite of my poor photographing skills. I’m here at the set in Youngin, Kyunggi-do, where most of the drama scenes are filmed. It’s in Baekam-myon, Youngin City and it takes one-and-a-half hours by car to get there from Seoul. Its official name is MBC Dramia Set. Mostly big scaled scenes like the Hwabaek conference or outdoor shootings are done here. For your information, they shoot indoor scenes like the princess’s or Mishil’s room mostly in the MBC set in Ilsan.
Fans often visit Yongin. They can see actors or watch the shooting when the schedule is right. My fans visited me here once. It seems like once you visit Yongin, you never come back. It’s because watching the shooting is not fun like you expect. It’s boring since they shoot a scene repeatedly from different angles. In addition, historical dramas require a long time for setting up the stage and putting makeup on the actors. The actors, including me, wait with our makeup on for more than three hours until the shooting begins. If you don’t mind waiting and still want to visit, Alcheon will greet you happily.

The Hwarangs escape but Alcheon gets caught, and so does Yushin. I told him to just run so many times but he was too loyal to run away. And the Mishil people start torturing them. Wolya will rescue Yushin, but who will rescue me? Will it be Bidam, my Al&Bi partner? Will I be okay going through the torture?
I have suffered from eye infection lately. I’m sorry you might see my swollen eyes on TV. Actually, someone said it wouldn’t be recognizable because my eyes are small. It hurt my feelings a bit. Haha. My eyes are well now. Thank you for your concern.

Taewung loves dogs. He has a few dogs at home, He always worries about his dogs at home. That’s why he sometimes brings his dog to the set. The dog’s name is Jindori. He is always by Taewung’s side. He stays there while Taewung reads the , eats, or sleeps, rain or shine. Jindori is a purebred white Jindo dog. He doesn’t care about anybody except his owner. If somebody gestures at him to come, he never moves. If you try to lure with food, it doesn’t work. His flaming eyes are always on Taewung alone.

2. Seokpum Hong Kyungin is caught by Jindori’s radar.
3. Jindori is watching Taewung sleep with the eyes of a mother.

There was hardly a day I could rest this month. When I had time on my schedule, I was in photo shoots for magazines. Let me introduce the shooting scene of fashion magazine ‘Vogue Girl” and the Hanryu magazine “Brokore”. I participated in shoot introducing some entertainers’ best friends. My handsome manager Jang Jinho was with me. Yanggil Seo Gahng visited me on the shooting scene and cheered me up. (Actually, we planned to go out to eat some tasty food after the shoot.) The shooting was finished with everyone in a good mood, and I looked good in the photos, thanks to the reporters, coordina*tors, and stylists. “Brokore” is the Hanryu (Korean Wave) magazine sold in Japan. I often read this magazine because I like the quality of its articles and photos. I participated in the photo shoots according to “Queen Seonduk’s” schedule, which will be aired in Japan from the middle of October. There will be six pages with my interview and photos due to my fans’ excessive love. I will work very hard and meet your expectations as an actor too. See you next month!

MBC TV drama “Queen Seonduk” is still getting the top viewer rating.
Due to the popularity of the drama, all actors from Queen Seonduk are
drawing explosive attention from viewers. Actor Lee Seunghyo, who plays
Alcheonrang, is going to show us hidden pictures and stories about the
actors for three months. This is the first story.
What “Alcheonrang” Lee Seunghyo’s doing these days
Hi, readers of “Lady Kyunghyang”. How do you like my first photo diary? I’m not good at using a camera yet, but I’ll try to take more interesting and bet☆ter pictures afterwards. Luckily, these photos look bet☆ter than my actual skills because my camera has good color and easily adjustable angles.
Let me introduce my family of actors and staff in “Queen Seonduk”.
1.Yushin Taewung is a camera maniac. He knows everything about digital cameras. He taught me everything about diaphragm, exposure, and focusing.
2. My buddy Seogang, who’s always with me. He’s very handsome. Doesn’t he look like Nickkun from “2PM”?
3. Rising star of “Queen Seonduk” Ko Yoonhoo, who plays Poongwoljoo HoJae. Isn’t he good-looking?

We, the Queen Seonduk Team, spend our breaks chatting, playing chess, and snacking. We are close each other and always in a good mood. In the scene we’re shooting today, it is revealed that Bidam loses to Yooshin on purpose in the Bijae Final, which causes big trouble. A meeting is held and comes to the conclusion that if Yushin blocks Chilsuk’s attack seven times, he will be admitted as Pungwolju. Is he going to make it without any difficulty?
The ten Hwarangs and their break time
1. Five of the hwarangs practice “learning to wait before learing to act”. They look happy, though.
2. Yooshingrang, a real man, doesn’t lose charisma even during break time.
3. Nice posture, nice expression. Bakeurang is appreciating music.
4. The best Janggi player among the Queen Seonduk cast is Wolya. His posture is extraordinary.
5. Even during break, they are serious when they read their s. How many lines do I have this time?
6. Snow White Imjongrang falls asleep so easily if his head rests on anything.
7. During the break, I often give an interview. This time, it’s an MBC cable broadcasting station. Let’s start promoting Queen Seonduk.

I had an interesting experience yesterday. Some Japanese people visited our set to see me. This was a first for me. They were girls in their early twenties. Oh, I can’t stop smiling when I think about it. Those four girls shyly came to me saying “Aruchonnan…sign… sign…” I gave them my autograph. Then they said “Sajin… sajin,” so I took pictures with them.
Too bad the meeting with them ended just like that. We couldn’t overcome the barrier of language. In Japan, “Queen Seonduk” is aired on cable TV. From October, it will be aired on Fuji TV. I think it’s a result of the popularity of Kim Younghyun, writer of Daejanggum. Oh, I thank you to Korean fans, too. I’m at a loss for words since I’m getting so many generous presents these days.
Most of them are red ginseng products and vitamins. Maybe I looked very tired. I also received many homemade neck pillows. They are so useful when I nap in my car. I use them myself, not even lending one to others. I got drawings of Alcheon rang and picture frames, which I appreciate. There’s also a fan who sent me the new single of my favorite group, “Spitz”. Thank you to all who remember me and care about me. I think I talk too much about my personal life. There will be one more spectacular war scene in the drama. What “Alcheonrang” Lee Seunghyo’s doing these days
Hi, readers of “Lady Kyunghyang”. How do you like my first photo diary? I’m not good at using a camera yet, but I’ll try to take more interesting and bet☆ter pictures afterwards. Luckily, these photos look bet☆ter than my actual skills because my camera has good color and easily adjustable angles.
Let me introduce my family of actors and staff in “Queen Seonduk”.
1.Yushin Taewung is a camera maniac. He knows everything about digital cameras. He taught me everything about diaphragm, exposure, and focusing.
2. My buddy Seogang, who’s always with me. He’s very handsome. Doesn’t he look like Nickkun from “2PM”?
3. Rising star of “Queen Seonduk” Ko Yoonhoo, who plays Poongwoljoo HoJae. Isn’t he good-looking?

A : I'm in a flurry because of the shooting.

A : Actually, I've never thought that I'm doing good.
I think it's the director who edited well.
Q : Have you ever heard that you look like other famous actors?
A : Yes, I have. Most of the time, I'm compared to Lee Junki or Lee Hyunwoo.

Q : What is the most memorable scene you have acted in so far?
A : Personally, I remember the scene where Alcheon leaves for Sorabol by himself in a boat carrying Princess Cheonmyung's body.
Q : Have you ever felt anxious or uneasy about being an unknown actor for the last four years?
A : It was okay because I have been looking at the big picture since I first started acting. I decided to reconsider my career if I didn't achieve anything after at least ten years of effort.
Q : It's uncommon luck to be in a drama with a 40% viewer rate. I guess it makes you recognizable by many people when you go out.
A : I wore a cap to hide my face, but it made me more recognizable because of my appearance with a headband in the drama. Usually, I feel good when lots of people recognize me, but I often feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Q :How do you spend your free time?
A : I watch movies and TV dramas that I couldn't watch due to my busy schedule. I don't like drinking much but I like going out to eat tasty food. I like basketball but it's hard to find time to play these days.
Q : Have you ever thought about your distant future?
A : Rather than scrambling to plan a good future, I think I should stay true to what I decided when I started to act.

W : How are you doing lately?
I'm wondering if you're feeling the effects of popularity
even with your busy filming schedule.
S : I didn't realize it before.
But I do now since some staff members told me how famous I was.
I never expected it,though.
W : In your Cyworld, you posted "Afternoon of 30". So, your age is ...?
S : I'm 29, 30 in Korean age.
Afternoon means the busiest and most active time of day.
I think these days are my afternoon.
W : How did you understand and interpret your role as Alcheonlang?
S : Alcheon is a real person in history. I understand he had a strong image.
He had a remarkable talent for wars and was a great warrior.
Since I thought I didn't have his characteristics,
I contemplated over what I should do with this role .
I tried hard to show a strong impression in my own way.
Luckily, the viewers seemed to like it. I don't think I failed, at least.
W : It was far from a failure.
What is your number one scene among those aired so far?
S : It's the Nangjang scene, which was aired recently.
I made an effort to do my best, but,personally, I was disappointed.
I prepared a lot for that scene, but it was not expressed well enough on TV.
W : You're holding a picture. What is it?
S : This is from Yooshin Taewoong. He loves taking pictures.
He took a picture of me and gave it to me. See?
W : Are you giving it to us as a gift?
S : Uh, this is a present for me.
W : I think you frequently hear that you resemble someone.

I'm often told I look angry when I don't smile,

“Alcheonrang” Seunghyo Lee Becomes a Soldier Actor Seunghyo Lee (30), nicknamed “Alcheonrang” for a while, was recently cast in a war drama. He will be in a remake of “Comrades” which was aired in 1975.
The drama is a story about soldiers with different backgrounds fighting in the Korean War, sharing a friendship thicker than blood. At the production presentation held in early June, Lee looked tired due to five days of sleepless filming, but his eyes were shining. “The tougher it gets, the happier I feel.” he said while smiling brightly. “I took a break for a couple of months after “Queen Seonduk.” Lee said. "During my free time, I like to take short trips. I went to Japan this time, but before long, I wanted to start working and acting again.”
Lee used to work at a company after graduating from his university, and later debuted as an actor. He was 26 at the start of his acting career, which was regarded as a little too old for a new actor. His first role was in “Dae Jo Young.” He continued in his career and developed his acting skills scrupulously in “The Strongest Chil Woo,” “Two Wives” and “Queen Seonduk.”
While other actors of his age prefer contemporary dramas, Lee chose to act in historical pieces instead. “It’s because I chose this job in order to be an actor, not to be a star.” he said. “Because I didn’t learn how to act properly and debuted late, I wanted to learn how to act step-by-step from other experienced actors. My favorite genre is science fiction, but in reality, that genre can’t be made easily in Korea. I can’t do anything but wait.”
He was reunited with Sujong Choi in this drama after 3 years. Lee used to act in “Dae Jo Young,” where Choi played a general from Goguryeo and Lee played a commander from Kitan. Now they meet again as a squad leader and a private who share a strong bond of friendship. Lee says that Sujong Choi, who is in his late 40s, encourages him by not getting tired in spite of tough filming circumstances.
Filming the battle scenes tired Lee out, but he smiled and said,
“I think I’ve gained weight while filming. I don’t take special care for my body, but I recover my strength by eating.
I was surprised to find that I gained 7 kg after “Queen Seonduk.” I managed to lose weight, but I’m afraid I’m getting fat again while shooting this drama. A few days ago, Sujong had a scene where he had to lift and carry me on his shoulders. He said nothing but looked so exhausted. I was very sorry for him.” Filming battle scenes was familiar to Lee, who used to serve in the Joint Security Area and had to undergo intense training.
